Orders and payment

• You can order for in-store pickup or for shipping where available. Pickup orders are accepted during posted store hours; shipping is limited to the regions shown at checkout.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Square; by paying, you authorize the charge for your order total.
• Your mobile phone number is your account identity. You are responsible for keeping it accurate and for the activity on your account.

Prepaid cards and units

Prepaid cards add redeemable units to your account. Units are used toward eligible items at pickup or in-store, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Balances are tied to your phone-number identity.

SMS / text messaging program terms

By checking the SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to receive order and account text notifications from La Tonique Juicery at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Program: La Tonique Juicery order and account notifications (for example, a message when your pickup order is ready).
• Message frequency varies based on your orders and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier, not by La Tonique.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP or email us at the address below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

How we handle the number you provide is described in our Privacy Policy — in short, we do not share or sell mobile numbers to third parties for marketing.

Product and health disclaimer

Our juices, smoothies, sea moss, cleanses, and related products are foods and beverages, not medical treatments. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a cleanse or if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have allergies.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. The La Tonique name, logo, content, and design are our property and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, La Tonique is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
