- Contact and identity information — your mobile phone number (which serves as your account identity), and your name when you provide it.
- Order information — the items you order, pickup notes, prepaid card and unit balances, and loyalty activity.
- Shipping information — for shipped orders, the delivery address and an optional email address for tracking.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by Square. We do not collect or store your full card number on our systems.
How we use your information
- To create and fulfill your pickup or shipping orders.
- To identify your account and apply prepaid card units and loyalty points.
- To send you transactional notifications about your orders and account — including, if you opt in, a text message when your pickup order is ready.
- To provide customer support and comply with our legal obligations.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in at checkout, we send order and account text notifications to the mobile number you provide (for example, a message when your pickup order is ready).
- We do not share or sell your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in is never shared with third parties for marketing.

How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, Square (payments and catalog), our text-messaging provider (to deliver the notifications you opt into), and our hosting and database providers — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information, and, as stated above, we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, honor prepaid card balances, keep required business and tax records, and comply with our legal obligations.
